This was the most difficult hotel we have ever attempted to check into. No staff were available to answer questions, assist with check-in, or provide support. Additionally, we found hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival.

We will be back!

This was the perfect choice for my 15yr old daughter & I to stay while we were in town to attend a concert. Check-in was easy with the directions provided. It was beautifully decorated with a private, yet comfy feeling even my picky teenager was impressed! We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful, except for all the fragrance

Everything is amazing about this place, except for all the fragrance. We have stayed twice. We love this place and the location. Super cute decor. Everything is in good condition. The phone number I called someone answered when I wanted to leave my baggage somewhere as we arrived early on a motorcycle and really wanted somewhere to put our things because it was over 100° outside. I just don’t enjoy all the fragrance, the floor cleaner they use is heavily fragrance along with probably other things. When you come home all of your baggage and all of your clothes will smell of it. Hotels normally do not do this so that’s disappointing.

Strange hotel

Hotel was clean, but uncomfortable. Weird coded access, no onsite manager, strange beeping. Room ac was cold, but decor and layout was strange. Building may have been portents previously?
