Cute, safe and clean-please update your beds!

This was a good deal for the money. Decent location, clean room and pool. The remote checkin was a bit complicated at first but I called the staff and the man working helped me right out and had a great attitude. Loved the room themes, lobby was very hip and parking was plentiful and free and secure. I could not hear other guests at all even though I saw plenty in the common spaces. My only complaint is the bed! Very uncomfortable and hurt my back. Outside of that, worth the trip.

The check-in process was difficult because we didn't receive the email before check-in for ID verification. System was difficult. Cleanliness was adequate, was needing a deep clean. Nest thermostat was my biggest complaint. Was set at 72°, woke early hours (2a.m.) room was stuffy, adjusted it to 70°. It's programing is such that it readjust itself...by 8 a.m. it was set to 73°. If the guest does not control the temperature of the room, state it, DON'T HIDE IT. Parking at this property can be an issue.

I like the concept of contactless check in. The area was very quiet and the room itself was comfortable. The only thing is that, when I arrived, it was raining and there was a significant leak around the window frame in my room. There was pooling water on the floor and the window sill. I left a message at the contact number and received a response within a few minutes. Within about 45 minutes, someone came and provided more towels and thankfully it had stopped raining so the dripping eventually stopped. I was a little surprised that there was no soap or shampoo in the shower. So my overall impression of my stay was meh.

Love my stay at Bishop Arts Hotel!

I always love my stays at Bishop Arts Hotel. The rooms are nice, private, very clean and not so used as some hotels. It would be nice if there were more towels! Maybe (3) three sets as opposed to (2). Lastly, why is check-in so late; 4:00p?

Relaxing stay

Great stay for a business trip. The room was very comfortable, and the facility was tidy and quiet. The only complaint I have is the water that ran out of the walk-in shower. That was a little messy.

Tried something different!

We thought we would try this place besides your usual hotel chain. It’s away from the interstate some, so it was more quiet than other hotel stays. Easy check in and out procedure. Everything was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed and linens. It was a nice change! I would recommend this hotel.
