Hotel, staff, service are great…area for parking is okay so far after several stays, but a bit sketchy. Major construction on the adjoining property by the same hotel owners new project is a big nuisance right now. Noisy in the early AM and congested at times.

Everything was clean, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed (full sets of dishes and utensils to complete a fully functional kitchen!). The staff at the front desk were friendly. The breakfast was basic but actually quite good, much better than the ol' make-your-own waffles.

I was quite nervous about staying in Denver, but this facility was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly, helpful and greeted you courteously! The lockdown procedures were of utmost importance, I did not feel unsafe or unwelcome!

The hotel was nice, but we experienced a power outage for three hours due to the construction next door. Unfortunately, the staff were not very accommodating. Most guests gathered in the lobby, which had some light, so we didn't have to stay in a dark room. There were no complimentary snacks or drinks provided during this time. Since it was a snowstorm, many guests chose not to leave the hotel. Overall, I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Good hotel, great location for UC Health Anschutz…great staff, clean room, sketchy area 1 block away, but that’s no reflection on this hotel, just urban decay.
