The staff were very helpful, the food and drink at the bar was wonderful. Convenient walking distance to the Mall Street restaurants and shopping areas, free Mall Bus ride within Mall Street area and to Union Station.

The Sonesta hotel is located in a nice, walkable area with plenty of coffee shops, dining, and entertainment close by. Parking was very easy and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The pillows were unfortunately one of the low points of my stay. They felt very flat and lacked support—once I laid my head down, they compressed so much it felt like I was lying directly on the mattress. It seemed like the filling had worn down over time and could really use an update to provide proper comfort. I asked the front desk if they had anything firmer on request and the individual said they're not sure but they'd bring something up to the room for me to try, they never did, and my calls to the front lobby went unanswered after. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and location for visiting Denver, CO.

Unfortunately, the hotel will only clean your room after the third night - which includes testocking coffee. I asked after the second night for my room to be cleaned, was told it would be, and it was not. There was a definite lack of storage in the room. Items in the to-go market were grotesquely overpriced. Roof top pool was closed. Best thing was that its in a convenient location, but definitely not worth the price.

The carpets on the floor looked grimy. The dead bolt in my room was hard to close. Then 2 of the lights stopped working. The air conditioning did not really work. It was hot and uncomfortable

Everything was great, but the staff were not the friendliest people. In my first day, the receptionist gave me a room that was already in use. I had to call to switch rooms which they did, but not in a warm way. I don’t know if this hotel offers room service, but I gave up on trying to get anything sent up to my room from the first day because no one would pick up on the other line.

The property was in a good location, the room was clean. I found it interesting that they will not provide housekeeping unless call to do so in the morning. That was fine by me because I do not require housekeeping every day however, the way I was informed about it when checking in Was surprising. The person that checked me in was extremely unfriendly, which is why I am only giving a three star review for the staff.
