We loved the location and we enjoyed a very nice, clean room. The only thing was below expectations, was the tv, as it didn't work very well. However, we didn't visit Denver to watch tv, but it was something that can be fixed easily. The bathroom was impeccable, the view from our 16th level room was superb. Overall, very happy and we'll go back in the near future without hesitation.

I really didn’t want to valet my car but they made it quick and easy and very easily worth the money I spent for it. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely spectacular. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food and bartenders were on point. Everything about my stay here was great. I will be looking for a Sonesta everywhere I go from now on.

The water pressure was terrible, bathroom sink was clogged to the point it wouldn’t drain. The service at the front desk was great, the dining area service was terrible. The staff in the dining area were rude and you could tell they could care less about what guests wanted or needed
