The Executive Twin Room that we booked for was not available upon our check-in so they offered to pay us £15 back and gave us a smaller twin bed room. We asked for a late check out, they quoted £30 but we asked them to waive it as we were not happy that we couldn't have the room that we initially booked so the staff did this as a Complimentary which we thought was reasonable. At the restaurant, for breakfast the staff cleared away our cutlery and coffee as we went for our desserts. As we went back to our table they still didn't realise what they had done. We don't normally like complaining if things are resolved quite quickly and smoothly as we understand that things can go wrong sometimes but for one night stay there were quite a number of issues which we think for a Four Star Hotel can be avoided. (i.e The Airconditioner in the bedroom and the Extractor Fan Vent in the bathroom were very dirty. There were a lot of dirt/sand at the bottom of the Pool.

we are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We trust once the error in the restaurant was highlighted that the drinks and cutlery were replaced. I shall highlight the aircon unit and bathroom extractor with our head housekeeper, and the pool issues with the leisure manager. Hopefully this will not deter you from returning to us.
