Came to stay for a wedding here it was clean and staff were polite. How ever when i booked i asked if it was cash/card to get drinks etc which they said yes we take both. On getting our first drink before the wedding we was attending to be told it was card only. I was very annoyed by this as CASH IS KING. Luckily i had taken my card but really didnt want to be using it. I think for a wedding to be held there they should take both types of payment as not everyone wants to pay by card. Other than taht we had a great stay

Chose primarily for location which is less than 10 minutes walk from airport which was great for early morning flight Did not expect hotel to also be so good, comfortable rooms and a very reasonable food offering which was a real bonus.Staff also lovely

An hotel you definitely want to stay in again.

My visit to that specific hotel was it was in close proximity to everywhere I needed to travel during my stay. The hotel staff were indeed very polite and helpful. Bearing in mind that the hotel is located right next to the East Midlands Airport. The hotel food and bar prices were terrific given the quality of the produce and wonderful service. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was spotless. I do intend to return later this year and this hotel will be my first choice as to where to stay.
