"From the second we booked our night away it was obvious that the customer service was excellent. All the staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us and they were very friendly and informative. Our room was large, with one kingsized bed and a single bed, with french windows that opened up to a lovely view of Wookey Hole. I wasn't impressed by our evening meal, it was very average, but I will say that dessert was delicious, as was the amazing breakfast. It didn't put me off though as we've rebooked for October!"

"We had a lovely stay - the staff were so friendly and helpful- and went above and beyond. Breakfast was stunning. Leisure facilities were good - swimming pool and gym facilities great. With the bonus of having treatments. Although the hotel interior was a little tired - it was clean and comfortable "
