Great hotel in a great location. Food choices were limited but reasonably priced, good sized portions and tasty. Breakfast was pretty good for the price, book ahead and it’s cheaper. Beware if there’s a wedding as any drunk guests will wander mostly unchallenged disturbing guests. All in a great stay.

We all had a lovely stay & everything was catered for. Would definitely recommend to friends & will visit again ourselves.

This was a stop over en route from Somerset to London, we had just come from a peaceful mindful singing retreat, so found the noise and hub-bub of large families with shouting children in the restaurant and bar area a bit of a shock. However they did all go to bed and then it was nice and quiet for us to enjoy our meal. Not a lot to do in Wookey Hole itself, again the Caves are geared for children, so we went into Wells the following day, which was lovely. The cathedral was beautiful and there were lots of cafes and shops to enjoy.

Perfect location to visit the caves. This hotel was family friendly and very welcoming. We were only here one evening and it met all our needs. The wi-fi was a little temperamental though. Overall it was good value for money.

Hotel great, have stayed previously. Good room size and cleanliness. Reception staff helpful and fast. Not keen on the smell of the restaurant so didn’t have dinner there. Had breakfast first morning but a bit greasy so second day went the the Wetherspoons in Wells which was much better food.

Good price, basic accommodation

Pros: 24 hour check in.
Location: Only passing through, though did have a good walk in the morning.
Basic, well priced accommodation perfect for one night to break my journey.
