Nice hotel. Had a makeover since my last stay a few years ago. Creaky floorboards outside the room make for a disturbed sleep with other guests returning in the early hours otherwise all good.

Staff were fab & couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was nice and comfortable, but the rooms & hotel weren't as nice as other BW's we've stayed at. Food was very well presented, but under seasoned & bland.

All good apart from the service at breakfast...

Hotel and reception staff ideal but the service for breakfast was terrible. Got to my table asked if I wanted tea or coffee. Got coffee when I requested tea!! Helped myself to cereal never even asked if I wanted a cooked breakfast. Decided I couldn’t be bothered to ask or wait for be asked so left...

Perfect stay!!

Pros: Welcoming check-in staff. £1 overnight parking fee. Location.
Cons: Shower strength
Location: 6 mins walk to the Pier. Easy access for everything.
A lovely hotel on the beach. Very welcoming check-in. Nice bar prices. Only things to be negative about were the poor Wi-Fi signal and very very low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, would stay here again.

Pros: The room. The staff. It's position
Cons: The maintenance . A bus timetable would have been handy
Our room was on the side with a large bay window. The room was very large with a king size bed. It could have done with a bigger wardrobe but that was only a minor fault. The bathroom was clean and bright with a wet room shower. After the first night we told the reception that there were 2 of the 3 lights out and the shower had no pressure, you could not have a decent shower. It was so poor you had to move around to get wet. Nothing was done for the whole of our stay. When we reported this as we left it appeared they were unaware of our first report. We had one evening meal it was very good. The hotel was full and at breakfast kept running out of either food or plates. I do not blame the staff they were running around ragged just to keep up. The breakfast it self was very good with a good choice. Would we stay here again? yes.
