Although the atrum is beautiful thats about where it ends. Definitely did not get the value for the money spent, 40plus people in the pool so my children couldnt go swim, the gym was dirty the room was dirty, the ceiling tiles were water stained, the rooms were hot and ac wasnt cooling the room down, rooms were outdated, outdated tv programming with no option to rent a show. The best part was being woken up at 2am because the security guard working the front door just stood by while someone came into the building and pulled the fire alarm and left.

This hotel was not in my opinion worth the $185 a night. The rooms were dark and dingy. Parking was horrible, the pool was dirty, the hot tub was broken and the fire alarm was pulled by someone at 2am. When leaving in the morning the staff offered no compensation for the disruption. When leaving, the main floor smelt of fish from the sushi restaurant. Not worth the price.

The staff did not honor my reservation for a specific kind of room that was available at the time of booking. I called before the cancellation deadline and it was confirmed, yet again, but upon arrival, it was not given to us. We had 2 families who needed 2 rooms (with small children) and booked a connected room for safety and convenience for care. We were not impressed at all and there was zero compensation to me for the inconvenience and the lack of follow through, nor was there any responsibility taken for the staff who either: confirmed a booking that wasn't available, or, for the staff who took it upon themselves to decide discretion for who gets the type of room I specifically booked. And when confronted about it, they said they would waive the fee for cancelling if I felt I wanted to go to a different hotel... On a long weekend. Won't be staying at this hotel again, or likely the Wyndham chain.

The lobby was beautiful with balls of fairy lights from the ceiling and comfortable seating areas. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, it would have been better if more than 2 sets of condiments , tea/ coffee were provided in the room as we had more than 2 people staying in the room.

Paid for a late check out (2 PM) had housekeepers in my hotel room at 9:30 am, again came knock at 11 am, then the manager came by at 1:30 PM.
