I was on the first floor near the reception, at 530 am it was a bit loud which I understood was preparing breakfast, but staff needs to be conscious of the close rooms in that area

This property is away from town, which is why we booked it. You definitely need a rental car to get around or you’ll pay a small fortune in uber, Lyft or taxi fees. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very nice with lots of changing selections each day. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Staff at this hotel is awesome. Despite being completely booked and busy they were always helpful, positive and cheery. Great service and would definitely stay again.

Upon entry to the lobby, you are greeted by taxidermy trophies, a bear and a wolf, they fit the Alaska theme but are a bit off-putting. The pros: - Amazing 24/7 coffee bar with flavored syrups and fixings - Free Airport shuttle (they even hired a cab for us when they didn't have a driver) - They stored our luggage for free before check in and at check out - Helpful staff - pretty good free breakfast (biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, bacon, juices and other usual fare) Cons: - thin walls and rowdy guests seem to be the norm - missing details with cleanliness - tired furniture (think sunken cushions and frayed seams) - a bit on the edge of town (but the airport is visible from the lobby) On the whole, we would stay again but would explore other options.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Close to the airport, which was a plus, since we weren’t renting a car. The continental breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here one night on a quick trip over spring break. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was well stocked and lots of variety. There was one issue with a neighbor being excessively noisy into the wee hours, but it quieted down after I called the front desk to let them know.
