Overall location of the hotel was great. My husband rented a car from the airport and the drive was only 5min. Distance from hotel to mostly everything was roughly 10-25min which was awsome. We stayed for 4 nights and never got our room cleaned. The rooms could use an upgrade. Faucet was rusty, shower head was rusty and even around the tub looked very dirty.

The room was way too hot and wouldn’t cool down. The shower had significant mildew/mold in the grout. In the breakfast room, the trash was overflowing the entire 3 nights we were there with what appeared to be the same trash. Overall not very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Nice room and bed. Breakfast quite nice especially for the price. On demand coffee all days was a great plus for our very cold winter stay. Shuttle worked great. In warmer weather could even walk to the hot if you wanted to— not in winter tho.

The first day that we had stayed, our room appeared not super clean. The front desk staff Megan was rude when we asked for a rollaway bed. The second day, however when we came back the front desk, lady was nicer, more informative, and helpful when we asked for dishes for our room with the stove, top and rollaway bed.
