The rooms were clean and the staff was nice, but you can tell that it is an old hotel. The couch in the room was frayed at the bottom, the pool need a good scrubbing and half of the sides didn’t have the water jet working to help you slide down, and the bathroom door had experience so much moisture that the veneer was pullling away in some places (so they just covered it with paint).

My son enjoyed the pool, otherwise was not a great experience. Ended up leaving early due to the noise level after 10:30pm. Staff was not concerned after we shared how loud guests and maintenance were being. This hotel could use employees with better customer service skills. We won't be returning.

Weekend Stay

Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the option of firm and soft pillows. On the tv we got a lost signal fairly often. It would usually resolve itself quickly. The pool was a little on the cool side for an indoor pool. The hot tub was quite dirty. There were lots of people in and out of it and the water looked a little gray. The following morning there was definitely a layer of dirt in there. The breakfast options were great. We liked the food and service was quick.
