This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The pool area was too cold for the kids to enjoy themselves, the hallways were freezing with the kids all wet. It’s winter time here and we couldn’t enjoy our weekend away also with no hot tub working. And to top it all off the water in the room was ice cold so we could not shower before we got on the roads this morning! We contacted the front desk with our concerns and they said we had to get ahold of Expedia as Expedia is who booked through!
