Broken glass door. Toilet didn’t function properly. Mould on the bathroom ceiling. Didn’t have a chair for the desk. Heater was either all off or all on. Bed sagged and wasn’t comfortable. This used to be a nice place but it has fallen into disrepair

I recently stayed at the Stonebridge Hotel in Dawson Creek, and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, always greeting us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The hotel’s amenities, including the on-site dining and well-maintained facilities, added tremendous value to our stay. Conveniently located and with such attention to detail, this hotel truly offers a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—this is hospitality at its finest!

This was my one of the best stays ever even though their elevator was not working due to power issues. The front desk was so helpful, took my luggage to my room, helped me with everything. I have stayed at hotels over $500 a day, but this hotel gave me the best experience ever. A lot of people were getting mad at front desk with the manager for elevator issue, this was a technical problem and could have occurred at anyplace. Overall I will give them 10/10.

Should be shut down for repairs.

We came for a hockey tournament, had rooms on the 3rd floor. Suppose to be a suite, no doors on the bedroom, the elevator didn’t work. So having to pack all our luggage and hockey equipment up/down stairs. Pool was also not working, and walking down the hall you could actually feel the wholes in the floor, in the hallway.

Room was clean. Beds were not comfortable. Weird soft spots in the floor in the hallway that made you feel like the only thing holding it together was the carpet. Elevator not functioning properly for 3rd floor guests. Hallways and stairways were dirty with mud and garbage that was there throughout our stay. Breakfast was not very good. Restaurant next door (Fixx) was fantastic.

We stayed for a Hockey Tournament. The rooms were very loud, and not cleaned that well. It was an okay stay. The Breakfast was okay as well but would suggest getting another waffle machine as it was busy and lined up. The pillows were very lumpy.

The pool was out of use and the elevator was broken. Was not notified until after my check in. I was on the third floor. Town was fully booked. I was not offered a discount. Hotel is dirty and run down.

It’s was terrible and disgusting. They didn’t have my reservation, the lady was not capable of running the front counter and when they found us a room the couch was covered in dog hair. Completely disgusting
