I’ve stayed at this hotel a bunch of times over the years and this will probably be my last. Check in was fine but the room was terrible. There was splatter on the mirror in the bathroom from the previous guest. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Who knows the last time they washed the floors as I spilt some water and when I wiped it up the towel was black. Gross.

Things are starting to go down hill Small shower curtain water was spraying on floor The main window curtains one was long and the other was shorter Also the bathroom soaps and conditioners shampoo was like they gathered them from different hotels and just put out random brands Hallways had garbage lying around

We've always counted on this being a clean comfortable hotel and the rooms and especially the continental breakfast didn't disappoint this time either. It was nice that the pool area was open this time, but it's condition was very poor. Broken hot tub, broken floor shower, and pool filtration needs attention. Fix this and it's gold.

Property did not honour Expedia rate and overcharged me. When I noticed this ant checkout they told me they’d refund me the difference The have not. I am now having to dispute the charge. Every surface in the breakfast room was sticky. Moldy bread found in a cupboard in my room. Asked for more towels and was given a damp towel. Mystery hair clump on the bathmat in my bathroom. 0/10 Do not recommend.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is adequate. The hotel is dated. Word of Caution: The workmen track in clumps of dirt, so the lobby looks filthy. Some even take off their boots, but it’s overwhelming how much dirt is on those boots and pants. I would expect it must be the same for any property serving the Construction services in Dawson Creek.

The suite was spacious and had almost everything. Although in a kitchenettes salt and pepper would be appreciated and i swear the dishes weren't there when i arrived. Cleanliness was lacking, my room service plate remained in the hall a day after the maid said she would take it. Other things like drawers that had leftover trash from previous guest and tile that was neither cleaned nor in good repair. The overall condition of the building needs many rapairs.

We had a terrible stay at the Stonebridge. We realized at check in that the king suite we had booked was “overbooked” and we could only get a double queen. We picked this hotel for the suite so we could put our 5 year old to bed before us. We were repeatedly offered a jacuzzi suite to make up for this, which only sleeps 2 people and wouldn’t work for us. We were unable to find a better room last minute at other hotels so we stayed. We got into our double queen room and it was very dirty. There were stains on one of our beds, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the lights above our bed didn’t work. We went to the front desk and were offered another room and a $20 discount. Our new room was okay but was very old and had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was okay, not great. The pool was nice, but not very clean. There were dead bugs in the water and on the floor. The hot tub was not open. Upon check out, I requested a receipt and realized I had only received a $10 credit. This was eventually corrected to $20. The front desk workers were all very pleasant and apologized multiple times to us. I requested to speak to a manager 3 different times and have yet to have conversation with anyone.
