the bed was very hard only had a mattress on top of wooden boards, looked to be just something that was thrown on there. I would not recommend this hotel to anymore!!

Sadly, I can’t give this ES a good rating. The floors all look and feel terrible. Seriously gross. The tub was so gross I had to use all the towels to clean it. TV didn’t work so they had to bring another in. Expedia messed up reservation and I spent two hours fixing their mistake. They have a lot of trees around the property and didn’t mention how bad the birds poop on your vehicle. Need more non-tree parking. Had to pay to have car washed every morning. Staff were all nice and professional. But you can tell the building needs refurbished or condemned.

I’ve been going there for months love it when I come to Fort Wayne but now this last time they started charging me a deposit which I did not plan on that because I’m two hours away and I’ve never had to do a deposit so I will probably be finding another hotel

Didn't like the property at all. Homeless and vagrants all over the property inside and out, room smelled bad, oven was stuck "ON" so room was hot and there was a haze in the room from it. A/C barely kept up, beds uncomfortable, and front desk could not change the room for us because they were "booked full" for the weekend. Absolutely the worst and scariest stay at a hotel we have ever experienced. Our advice is to STAY AWAY!

The hallways were very pungent with cooking odors. The walls were very thin and the room above us could be heard loudly walking around well into 3am each night. Itmade it VERY difficult to sleep.

The hotel was way below my expectations based on the hotels.com description. I would not stay there again. It was more like a transient place for low income residents.

Room was ok. Check-in took 30 minutes which is about 27 minutes too long! It was 3:00 AM and we were exhausted. The clerk made us jump through every hoop imaginable. Super frustrating.
