The experience overall was fine. However, the hotel should let guest know in advance that the elevators haven't worked for month and also tell guests at the time booking online that half the hotel is under renovations.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that it was going through construction and elevators were not working so you had to be calling for assistance. It was not mentioned when I was booking about the construction going on or I would’ve not stayed there no elevator was a hassle!!

The elevator was being worked on, although the staff made clear they were available with the elevator key to take you up and down as needed, the air conditioning was very loud in our room. Very clean, good breakfast, very friendly staff in all areas
