Es waren sehr freundliche und durchaus authentisch freundliche Menschen anwesend. Ich habe mich geärgert, dass mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Statt dessen, erhielt ich eine Belehrung über die "Nachhaltigkeit..." mit welcher Ihr Haus arbeite. Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul-Studium und einen Doktortitel, so dass ich wahrlich selbst denken kann. Auch eine Belehrung, dass ein Schild an die Tür gehängt werden müsse, zwecks Reinigung, war mir keineswegs entgangen. Sie dürfen versichert sein, dass ich es gewohnt bin, in ganz Europa, Hotels zu frequentieren!. Die junge Frau, der dieser Fehler unterlief, hat sicher nur versucht, dass was das Management ihr beigebracht hatte, umzusetzen; leider für den Gast fatal! Die junge Frau kam noch, um "den Müll wegzubringen, neue Handtücher anzubieten oder ein anderes Zimmer...". Das war sehr grosszügig und freundlich. Allerdings hatte ich nach einem 10-Stunden-Tag hierfür kein Interesse, da ich von einem Hotel einen gebuchten Standard erwarte; alles andere stresst unnötig. Hier geht es um meine Lebenszeit und Lebens-Zufriedenheit, die ich durchaus auch bereit bin, adäquat zu bezahlen, was hier nicht gelang. Ich bitte ausdrücklich darum, Ihrer jungen und sehr engagierten Mitarbeiterin keine Probleme zu machen, da es sich hier um ein Problem auf Management-Ebene handelt. Dr. R. Mailänder
