Hair and mold in the bathtub when we checked in, 6 of 17 light bulbs did not work, televisions did not work most of the time, recessed light fixtures and outlets falling out of the ceiling and walls, fan in the bathroom did not work, the heat fan and blower were extremely loud. Due to staffing issues maid service was given only once and we had to buy our own toilet paper. The room itself was quiet from the outside noise and the jet tub was very nice and relaxing. Check in and out was good. About half the lights were replaced when I told the desk of the issue. With the maintenance issues I would not recommend this hotel at this time.

We stay here every time we come for a weekend away - the rooms are always great, clean, never had any issues. Everything we do on the strip is extremely walkable from the hotel and just a short drive to the craft community and park. Will definitely be back for our next mini vacay!

Room wasnt the cleanest, staff lied to my face about cleaning the jets on jacuzzi. Not one day but 3 days. Complained since that was a selling point to rent there.. very disappointed. Second of 3rd night there they sent someone to room "maintenance" they said. He came in pajama pants and never touched the jacuzzi. Just stood there and said we fix it tomorrow. Which they did not!!!

We had a good stay. Rooms are for sure outdated and some fixing needs to be done on things. ( bathroom for instance, the bar in the tub kept falling off) But overall was a good stay and would stay again. P.S. If you want to do laundry, only 1 washer and 1 dryer work and they had no quarters to exchange for us even though it said to go to the office and get change.

Small brown bugs in the room. Larg Cracks in the walls around the hot tub. Mold in the bathroom shower. If you would update your pictures. You would not have as many people staying there. If we could have gotten our money back. We would have not stayed there.
