They have construction going on at Hotel. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my daughter. At 7am they started taking down a stairwell with me under it and my daughter above it.. with a Jackhammer.. im so outraged 😠. My wife recorded ot with sound. Ill be filling a formal complaint

Hair in the shower drain. Shower didn’t drain and had standing water when taking a shower. What appeared to be mold around the bathroom sink. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Very hard and you could feel the springs. Front office staff was very nice though.

Hair and mold in the bathtub when we checked in, 6 of 17 light bulbs did not work, televisions did not work most of the time, recessed light fixtures and outlets falling out of the ceiling and walls, fan in the bathroom did not work, the heat fan and blower were extremely loud. Due to staffing issues maid service was given only once and we had to buy our own toilet paper. The room itself was quiet from the outside noise and the jet tub was very nice and relaxing. Check in and out was good. About half the lights were replaced when I told the desk of the issue. With the maintenance issues I would not recommend this hotel at this time.
