Exactly what we needed for a one night stay in Gatlinburg. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean, parking was perfect, the price was reasonable and the beds comfy. Would definitely recommend.

Other than a grumpy front desk guy, all the staff I met were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's right on the main Gatlinburg corridor, so the traffic was very loud. And it smelled like weed most of the time I went outside, although I can't hold that against the property. It was a good value for the price, so I'd probably stay here again.

I loved everything about this property! It was clean, smelled clean, and the sheets were clean. I had to leave another property because of nastiness. But I would book here again for sure, this will be the property I book when I return. The staff was amazing!

A lot of trash in the parking. Mold in bathroom on molding around the door. Floors dirty, grandsons feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room. Other than that everything was ok. Nice breakfast
