Nice spa break

A great spa night away! The spa is really nice and well maintained, perfect for a little bit of relaxation. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable! Evening meal in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff were super friendly

The rooms were stuffy and hot, you could open the window but we was on the ground floor with a very bright flood light directly above. You couldn’t keep the huge curtains open to let any air in coz there was people constantly walking past the windows late into the night or early hours of the morning. The spa was very limited, you couldn’t have any treatments unless you booked in advance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite clean but the bathrooms needed a good clean around the shower as it had the red bacteria around the tile grout. We found the food menu very limited as I’m gluten intolerant and was only really offered GF toast at breakfast. The dinner menu was not to our taste. For what we paid for this weekend away at this hotel, it definitely was not worth the money spent.

A home from home

Lovely place. This is the 2nd time I have been here and certainly won’t be the last. Comfy beds, amazing spa facilities and fantastic food with great staff.

The Property is in a quiet area. Very tranquil. Nice to relax & Unwind. Everything was Great. Very happy to recommend for a Weekend stay. We stayed here, whilst attending a family wedding close by. We even managed to get some shopping in @ Gloucester Quays. A Perfect Stay . All Staff 100% .

This is a nice property in a super location, the grounds are lovely. We had a classic spa room, a double, which was clean and tidy. It was extremely hot in the room (there was a heatwave) but there is no air con. We slept with window open. The spa was good and we used it twice, helpful staff and good facilities. A few things were not so good, albeit minor, our tea in coffee in the room was not replenished, we only noticed when I came to make a drink the next morning, the cups had been cleaned and replaced but we had nothing to put in them. The arrangement at breakfast is a little odd, certain items are i9ncluded some are not. We asked for American pancakes which were extra, we had a frittata the previous day which was included. The pancakes were disappointing. there is excellent parking at the hotel, it is served well by the road network and there is cat who lives there , which we thought was rather nice.
