Unpleasant

Unfortunately had a very disappointing stay. It was so cold in room, that i had to request an extra blanket as the heating system did not work properly. There was only warm air coming out of it in just one small corner. Also the smell of cleaning products is so overwhelming that it's quite unpleasant. There was not a single drop of shower gel in the shower and the remote was so duty and sticky, that needed gloves to change the channel. I paid £149 for an overnight stay and wanted a better service than that. Won't be going back I'm afraid. Hotel hasn't got a designated area for smokers and entering/leaving hotel is a disgusting experience as have to go through a crowd of smokers. Staff should be encouraged to wear their masks properly rather under their noses.
