Whilst the room was fine and we enjoyed the pool. Our issues occurred post checkout. Due to a system change the hotel did not release our bond as planned. Upon following this up after several days I was told it was an issue with the bank. I asked the staff member to check and she said it was not necessary as the process was automatic. She made me feel quite silly. Upon calling the bank they said the transaction was not with them and to contact the hotel. Further contact with the hotel revealed the bond had NOT been released. A change of system meant we would not receive our bond until the end of the month, weeks later. Whilst the gentleman was apologetic he could offer no solution. As a young family on a budget we did not anticipate spending the extra money this month. It has made life harder.

The property is in an excellent location — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean and spacious, and the reception staff were lovely and welcoming. The only downside is that there’s no free parking; we had to pay over $20 for one night parking.
