Room clean. Mattress too hard. Couch not comfortable. Towels but no facewashers. I originally booked for the long weekend where the price was substantially more and changed to Nov 1 and 2 where the price was cheaper. I was still charged for the long weekend rate.

The room was as advertised. great location close to beach and shopping mall. The indoor pool is lovely for swimming lengths and was generally uncrowded. The outdoor pool while looking great had limited sun being in the shade by 2pm due to the surrounding high rise buildings. The room service was minimal if at all - over 8 days bed sheet was tucked in once (we had already made the bed without fully tucking in the sheet), one tiny cake of soap and shampoo bottle provided on day the sheet tucked in, no replacement of coffee or tea throughout the stay. When the lack of room servicing was raised with the staff they advised it was done every 3 days which is at odds with the one limited service we received over 8 days and what is stated in the web site (rapid service every day and full service once a week). When we asked for additional tea bags after the two bags provided were used, a further 2 bags only were provided that evening (day 3) and nothing more throughout the stay. The staff are very polite and advise that they will sort things out but nothing came of their statements.

Large room fully equiped kitchen very comfortable bed nice balcony with thick doors that compleatly blocked out all street noise. Water pressure in shower was very low.
