Big thanks to Manager Ally and the team (particularly Alyss) for their unwavering positive, polite, friendly and helpful service, even in the face of rude and unpleasant customers (which I witnessed a couple of times). I spent a number of weeks at Meriton Broadbeach and was always greeted with a smile and polite attitude. I cannot praise Ally and the rest of the staff highly enough for their efforts in making me feel welcome for the duration of my stay from check-in to check-out. 5 stars for all! (Good luck with the marathons Ally!)

We've stayed in other Meriton Suites and it has always been impeccable and the service spot on. However, Meriton Broadbeach missed the mark. They provided us with dirty towels, the shower water pressure is so weak for this type of hotel and amenities. The aircon temperature can't be set lower than 21 degrees. This is not ideal for a tropical Gold Coast climate. Hard to sleep at night due to the warm room temperature.
