Location great close to tram stop and a short walk to the beach.Check in staff very friendly and helpful.Room clean with comfortable bed.Well stocked with coffee,tea and milk.Water pressure good and plenty of hot water. I booked Novotel Surfers Paradise and included the breakfast. The first two days I got breakfast as they found me in system. In my last day, they could not find me in system. Still they gave me breakfast and mentioned that at the time of checkout they won’t charge. But still they charged me $84 for two and mentioned that I have to pay as I am not in system. They could have mentioned earlier that they will charge me and I would have not taken brekkie and would have gone out. I was pretty disappointed with the behaviour of the receptionist too.
