A lot of construction going on around main entrance. Great location handy to all amenities especially the trams/taxis/buses. Unfortunately the lifts are not very reliable, they were either being maintained or not working. Had to wait for 20 minutes one day, not ideal. Really nice polite staff

Staff were lovely however we went to book a room at desk. Lined up to be told we had to book online. So went away and booked online then lined up again to check in. Room was not ready so had to leave then come back and lined up a third time to collect keys.

Only 2/5 working lifts during peak holiday weekend (Easter) for a 36 floor hotel packed with guests is poor effort. Try“preventative maintenance”? Would’ve been a great relaxing weekend away otherwise. Do better next time yeah?

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The room was poorly sound insulated, I could hear everything from the hallway, neighboring rooms, and even traffic from the street outside. It was hard to get a good night’s sleep with all the noise. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt dated and dark, lacking the comfort and freshness you’d expect from modern accommodations. While the location was convenient, the lack of soundproofing and the old, gloomy vibe really took away from the experience. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and comfort.

The room stank, smelt so musty. We had no garbage bags in any of our bins. One of the 'clean' single beds had nail clippings on it. The shower screen is way too short, so the second you turn the shower on, the bathroom floods. Staff were friendly, and the buffet was quite decent - not enough for us to come back or recommend unfortunately.
