Excellent hotel, great location not far from Canton fair. They provide free shuttles daily there and back. Also free registration and collection of badge on 2nd floor. Walking distance to the metro on Tianhe Park station. Great breakfast selection for Westerners and locals. Comfortable big room with view to Tianhe park.

Everything was just right. Concierge service was very comfortable,Breakfast was awesome, staffs in the restaurant were very kind. I wish it would have been better if there was someone who spoke english over the phone when ordering roomservice. "Soluxe Conner Cafe" just outside the Hotel lobby, was even better place for my wife anf myself, we were there for couple of drinks, all the staffs were extremely nice, especailly Manager on duty "Tony" gave my family a very nice memorable moment and service.I

We had a free upgrade to Executive Room. The room is very luxurious and customer service is excellent, complements esp to Xiao Fan who is very attentive and help us to navigate to place of interest. Everything is great in this hotel. 2 things to highlight - self washing of clothes is not available and room can get cold.overall we enjoyed our stay.
