We had a great stay. Breakfast had good variety and was better than most free breakfasts in my opinion. The hotel is really close to the stadium for concerts, like a 2 minute walk. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The downtown area feels a bit unsafe but there are always lots of people around. Would stay here again.

This is a new hotel. Everything is clean and fresh. Underground parking was a bit tight for a pick up truck, but worked out fine.

Everything was going great , People parking in EV charging spots . Staff couldn’t do anything about it 2 /4 chargers were broken ( completely cut cords ) House keeping knocked at 815 wondering when I was leaving . I’ve stayed here many times before . This was the worst experience there

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some packages delivered to the hotel in the morning, and they kept them safe in their back room until we arrived later in the evening. The hotel is less than a 3-minute walk to TD Coliseum. Perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert in the area. The hotel also has free underground parking for those staying at the hotel!
