Great place and very spacious

Loved the room and it was very comfortable. Air con was amazing, kitchen well equipped, shower nice and hot and bed and pillows were really comfortable.

good place to stay in a convenient location

Nice room, spacious and appreciate the kitchen, especially a proper fridge to fit water bottles, etc. Minor items - the plumbing was a bit noisy (could hear the whoosh of water from upper floors). And only one USB charging outlet that I could find which was not in a convenient spot. A good place to stay and in a convenient location in Hamilton

The perfect place and location for McMaster graduation stay. Room was huge, very clean and updated. We did not use the kitchen but it looked quite well appointed. Beds were comfortable with good pillows and bedding. Service was excellent! The front desk called us around 9:30, just to ensure we had everything we needed! The complimentary breakfast the next morning was great with lots of variety. A 12 pm checkout was perfect as my daughter’s graduation ended at 11:30, so we didn’t have to checkout earlier. It was also handy to be able to leave the car in the parking garage until 3.

Decent hotel, slightly overpriced.

Decent hotel in downtown Hamilton. Room was comfortable. Bed was bit too soft. Lots of homeless around the hotel. Wouldn’t feel safe being alone at night in the area.
