Worn-out sunken mattress

Room was perfect except for the Bed. Mattress was horrible, completely sunk in the middle, uncomfortable and hard to sleep and not roll into the middle.

Good place but bad maintaining

I am writing to address an issue that occurred during my recent stay at Homewood Suites on my last day. I encountered a problem with a door that was leaking oil, which unfortunately dripped onto the back of the door and also affected my "alphabet rat." I am currently trying to locate a photo or video I took of the incident that night, and if I am successful in finding it, I will certainly forward it to you for your review.

After being a long time loyal customer of the Hilton chain hotels, I won’t be returning to this chain. Despite previous good experiences, this experience was poor and I attempted to reach out to customer service and not only were my conferences dismissed disrespectfully by the call taker, there were no attempts to rectify.
