Welcome to our home at the Breakers, an ocean front property perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from your balcony. The villa features a cute kitchenette area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the condo also has built-in bunk beds for the kids!

In addition to being a top-floor villa, you'll enjoy added privacy with just one shared wall.

Pool area is open year round. Pool is heated from March 1 through November 30.

NOTE: The "host fee" listed by VRBO is actually the cleaning fee, and is paid directly to the cleaning company.

SUNDAY TO SUNDAY bookings for SUMMER - For your convenience, we book this villa from Sunday to Sunday to help you avoid the Saturday traffic. Be sure to select Sunday dates when booking.

FALL/WINTER SPECIAL: From Nov. 1- March 1, stay at least 5 nights and get a 6th night on us! To receive discount, please mention at time of booking.

Updates: New refrigerator, new washer/dryer, all fresh paint, new kitchen backsplash, new bathroom vanity, new indoor/outdoor carpet on the balcony.

You can walk to everything from the Breakers, so consider leaving the car at home! You will receive a parking pass for one vehicle during your stay. Covered parking is on a first come basis.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Gorgeous view and everything you need in 518 sq. feet. Breakers units are quaint-sized. (Medium-sized luggage will be best.)

As you plan for what to bring for your stay, please keep in mind that you will be provided with the following: one roll of paper towels, dish washing soap for the sink, one or two dishwasher pods, detergent for one load of laundry, toilet paper and tissue, individual sized shampoo and soap for the bathroom. The kitchen has coffee filters and may have salt/pepper.

You may want to bring your own beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Chairs and umbrellas are also available for rent from several vendors on the island.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find an outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
