You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Our cottage is a 1700 square foot stand alone house in Shipyard Plantation. It ahs 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 king suites and 1 two twin bedroom all with their own full private bathroom) The house has a fully equipped kitchen, all linens included, private deck that overlooks lagoon, and has WiFi. Pets are not permitted. Club house is next door and includes pool table, ping pong, corn hole, workout facility, three tennis courts, basketball court, golf course, community pool and hot tub, playground and multiple bbq grills. House comes with 2 bikes with baskets and use of an exterior storage closet. Easy access to the beach and all bike paths on HHI.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Arthur Hills Course. An outdoor pool, a gym, and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
