The location is fantastic as it’s right next door to Horishima station! Comfortable rooms and lovely lobby and bar areas! Very reasonable room rates too!

Coming off a 4hr Shinkansen ride and straight into the hotel next door was bliss! Our room was (thankfully) ready early so we could check in and rest for a bit before exploring the city. There’s a loop bus which you can jump on/off and tour around hot spots - there are 3 different routes. Dining options avail on site but bit pricey (even with the 15% discount voucher from hotel) so went to the train station food court which had such a variety! We will def stay again.

Top Tier Location

Excellent location connected to Hiroshima Station (which can't be beat for transfers to/from Hiroshima). The room was functional and clean, and overall the hotel is in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is well situated and nice. However, it is tired and needs an upgrade. There is a large construction next door, but it really did not affect us. As for the VIP benefits, the room upgrade was not great (we have had better before) and they offered a free drink at a single bar that is on the ground floor, you cant use the rooftop. Good hotel if you get a good price.

We stayed in a premier room and it was my favorite room we stayed in during our whole trip. The bathroom was large and beautiful and the room was very spacious. We also had lounge access for breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail hour and late night refreshments. The food and drink options were fantastic and the view from the lounge was top notch.

Fantastic hotel directly attached to Hiroshima station with plenty of food and shopping both in the hotel itself as well as in the station. Convenient location to trams as well as buses including airport limousine buses. Will definitely stay here again next time in Hiroshima
