Good hotel in the city yet not in the busiest part. Staff were always helpful and attentive. Room is spacious but age is catching up a little bit. Spa therapists were skilful and professional.

Located conveniently on District 1, the hotel is walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Room was clean and offered everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet offered an extensive range of different foods.

The hotel walls are pretty thin and noises in adjacent rooms or corridor can be heard clearly from the room. The room interiors are dated and could use a facelift. Cleanliness is satisfactory.

Hotel was good however it’s non refundable so when our plans changed an only needed one night instead of 3 we got no money back, however we did ask them for a late check out and they managed to get that sorted but with a bit of a huff. However all in all good place to stay.
