Property was hard to find, front was covered with hedges and mr google kept saying turn now but couldn’t see driveway. Had to get out and walk to find after 3 laps of the block. A sign out front would help. The unit itself was in a good state, clean and tidy.

Room 22 clean warm (Winter) 10 minute deive to most attractions. Room 20 Guests list their key phone etc & woke us up at 12.40am to call night duty staff caretaker to get in.neverslept after that. Notmotels fault prrhaps they could have a phone outside reception door for similar situations

Stayed here twice during our Tasmanian holiday. First time we had a 2 bedroom unit which was very comfortable. Second time was studio which wasn't as comfortable but adequate - shower was tiny and a little uncomfortable. Staff are lovely from reception to cleaning. Very handy spot for the city and dining out at Elizabeth street restaurant area.
