Small characterful Bed and Breakfast hotel

Pros: The warmth of welcome, the character of the hotel, the thoughtfulness of all items included in the rooms, the delicious breakfast and pretty location.
Cons: Very happy and expectations were met.
Location: We especially enjoyed walking with our walking with Llama and cream tea experience at Peak Hill Farm. Sidmouth, Honiton are well worth visiting too.
We have stayed before and had a lovely time. This time we were in Colridge room - very comfortable King-size bed, settee, bath/shower, TV and a pretty stained glass window. As before, so much thought has gone into the needs of the travellers, with well-stocked extras including L'Occitane products, tasty biscuits, even juice and real milk available from a small 'help-yoursel fridge' downstairs. Very tasty breakfast is the finishing touch. Thank you indeed. We shall come again!

Nice B&B

Nice room, good breakfast but no restaurant which was one of the main reasons we booked it.
