Nice stay, great location.

Great location in a very high traffic central part of Waikiki. The noise level is pretty intense at all times of the day and night, so if you’re looking for quiet, this may not be it for you. The property is a bit dated and some minor updates, for example perhaps replacing the showerhead and other simple updates would be beneficial. Overall, it was a decent day for a couple of days.

I stayed in room 606, very poor maintenance condition, bathroom door was full of dust, the whole room needs attention, I stayed there 5 nights and definitely I won’t stay there again. Employees were not friendly. Except one guy at front desk during the morning time. He was super nice. Breakfast was ok. Pool is ok walking around was super easy. But to me the cleaning part is the number 1. This hotel room was definitely not clean

Staff was amazing, kind, and helpful. Amazing location and convenient paid parking. Continental breakfast was standard (and same everyday) but a nice plus with flexible hours. Car rental and tour guide was right in lobby.

The continental breakfast is filling. The wellness classes and the teacher Julia are absolutely amazing. The pool is outdated and wouldn’t it make more sense to have the pool towels on the same floor as the pool instead of having to go to the basement? Overall nice place I’ll stay here again!

So close to the beach and walkable shopping and restaurants. Lots of complimentary activities offered in the hotel. My daughter and I learned to make Lei's together. Hade a partial ocean view on the 10th floor which was amazing. A pool on the 2nd floor not the biggest but nice to lounge in the evenings if you don't want to deal with the sand all the time. Have a continental breakfast daily that as delicious and saves some money to spend other things in the area. We will for sure be back!

Overall really lovely property with excellent customer service! The location is superb - just a block to the beach, but this is not a quiet location and the surrounding hotels get very loud in the evenings, especially on weekends, which sadly makes it impossible to leave the balcony door open for that lovely ocean breeze. The complementary breakfast was sufficient but unremarkable. More offerings than a traditional continental breakfast (salad, fried rice, soup, eggs) but nothing outstanding. Be prepared for extra charges for almost anything — an exuberant daily “amenities” fee said to cover things like the “free” breakfast (well it’s really not FREE then, is it?) and pool/beach towels. Parking is amongst the most expensive around, at almost $50 a night after taxes. They even charge $3 to hold your luggage after check-out, and will only accept cash to do so. I don’t think all these fees are exclusive to this hotel; perhaps just Hawaii being Hawaii and everything - and I mean EVERYTHING being far more expensive than you can even imagine. As for this specific property, the lovely lobby, spacious room, good location, and exceptional service and the kindness of staff like Michael at the front desk make the stay worth it.
