Review based on ROOM 1117. Small dated worn out rooms. Very noisy. Poor craftsmanship, 1/2 size tiny bath shower, that the shower head fell off hit my wife in the head No microwave. The saff not overly friendly, pool small pool towels in the basement. The pro: close to the beach and shopping. Daily on-site activities and kids game room.. 5 Stars + for housekeeping on the 11th floor.

Convenient location. They have free classes. Rooms are clean but not so quite. Staff are nice and helpful. Pool was not so great so we just stayed away from it and go to the beach. Other than that , everything is cool.

My room was clean had plenty of towels, I had city view was on the 12th floor with Balcony on my room my view was gorgeous. Pool is on the second floor with water/ ice machine and other areas to see. I loved that I was one block away from beach and all shopping stores! I do recommend staying here everyone was very nice and helpful if you have questions on where to go and what to do next they help and direct you.
