Room was dirty! My towels were dirty, my door had to be slammed for it to latch, side of bed looked like someone had thrown up on it and the sheets hadn't been changed... at breakfast I had a muffin but it tasted like it had been freezer burnt... I try to not judge properties so harshly but I even had garbage up on the top of my shower and a dirty toilet so I just want you to be aware that this happened so maybe you can correct it and not have it happen again.. the lady at check out was wonderful and friendly though so she kept me from giving lower rating.

The breakfast is amazing,The only issue I even had was the sink. It was stopped up when we got here.we asked front desk to get it fixed however we didn’t and we are currently still in the same room. The service is ok. The people are very nice. And the property is absolutely beautiful. The beds are to die for in comfort. I slept absolutely amazing and so did my whole family. It’s really quiet and peaceful.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely the sweetest and so helpful with our questions, can’t remember her name but she was the manager! The room was good for the price and great location right on the water with a nice view! The room definitely could’ve used a sweeping but the guy at check in offered a different room! Great friendly people working here and my parents already booked a room for next week here when they come to visit with my nieces!

The room was in need of repair. The cover for the overflow drain on the tub did not cover the entire pipe, therefore allowing corrosion from that pipe to flake into the tub. The surround and tub were very poorly caulked, with open spaces which allowed what looked like mold to grow and flake off. The drywall next to the tub had obviously been attempted to be patched…and the job was unfinished. I asked the attendant at the desk if this room had been renovated or was in the process. He simply shrugged and said he had only been there for a few months. There were black hairs in the sink…neither of us had black hair. I took some pictures and will be happy to send them if you would like. This was room 212 at the Baymont by Wyndham on. Astral Ave, Hot Springs, AR. We will not return.

Bathroom door was a huge problem. Doesn’t lock from inside but cannot open from inside. Outside the bathroom, people can open the bathroom door. I complained to one of the managers, Ms. Megan but no action taken. We stayed 3 nights and struggled to keep the bathroom door closed as we had a toddler and a dog.
