This hotel was so beautiful they had it decorated for the holidays and I was upgraded to a free suite after asking to check in early which the front desk lady was happy to accommodate that! It was so nice to relax earlier than expected! My only complaint about this hotel was the slight smell in our room and the fact the cold air would not work

We stayed for just a night for a cousins birthday. The hotel staff is extremely nice and attentive, the whole place was so clean, it’s in a nice area, quiet at night while you sit on the balcony and watch the water. We will be staying here again!!

Everything was great. My only critique is more in the upkeep department. Ice machine area on the 9th floor was messy.. wet floor sign in the middle of the floor.. we could tell there's a problem with the standing water but instead of repairing maintenance is choosing to just place a wet floor sign.
