The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, while dining at Zeferan Restaurant on the top floor was a highlight, combining exquisite dishes with stunning views. Ideally located within walking distance from Sultanahmet Square, the hotel serves as the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. This used to be a very nice property. We stayed there five times, and it looks like the proper maintenance and updates have not been performed. Lack of cleanliness, dining staff lacks manners. Receptionists do not speak English properly, not very professional anymore.
