Dear Leila,First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel.As long as you stay, your room was cleaned every day and all your sheets and towels were changed. Even extra spare sheets, pillowcases and towels were provided upon your request. All day my receptionist friends helped with your questions. You did not express any dissatisfaction with our hotel, on the contrary, you stated that you were satisfied. We would have helped you with all our efforts if you had a problem during your stay in our hotel, as you stated (60 kinds of products are taken out for breakfast every day, all materials are changed every day unless you hang a DND card for cleaning). I kindly request you to take into account what has been done while scoring.

Dear Mhadji, Thank you for your feedback on Ebookers.com. Our building is one of the oldes and historical buildings in our area. Our building was a bank building and it was changed to hotel.
There's a restaurant on site, as well as 2 coffee shops/cafes and a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. Public spaces have free WiFi and wired Internet. Business amenities include a 24-hour business centre and limo/town car service. A rooftop terrace, barbecue grills, and multilingual staff are also featured at the family-friendly Amber Hotel - Special Class. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and an area shuttle are available for a fee. For a fee, parking is available. This 4-star Istanbul hotel is smoke free.
