The hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We received an upgrade on the room which had amazing size and comfy bed. The hotel arranged for a driver to collect and return us to the airport ( this did come an extra cost ) and we were informed of the cost prior to arrival. As a birthday surprise the staff organised a birthday cake to be delivered . The staff arranged for a private cruise up the Bosphorus on the evening of my birthday ( at a cost) in a private yacht. The weather on my birthday had turned to rain and thunder and lightning but the staff at the hotel managed to rearrange the cruise to the following morning at no extra cost and we had an amazing cruise with a sunrise. Overall we had a fantastic time at this hotel, with very accommodating staff.

Rooms (Superior) photos are a bit misleading. Photos make the rooms look much larger than they really are. Not much space for luggages. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Strongest point is location which makes up for any other inconvenience. Would come again !

The location is perfect - most sights are in walking distance. Also there is a boat station for Bosphorus tour ca. 5-7 min. walk. Breakfast was perfect , staff nice and helpful. Would recommend.

The staff is the best gem of the hotel. Omar delighted our stay with excellent service and assistance. The bell boy will immediately come to assistance from the moment you get off the taxi and they help you with luggage no matter at what hour of the day. We arrived early from the cruise and Erhan tried his best to get our room ready in 30 minutes which was truly impressive. Breakfast is good and the food of the on site restaurant was delicious too. The Turkish bath is a must. Only criticism was the air conditioning. The temperature was fixed and couldn't be adjusted which made it quite hot to stay in the room.

Highly recommend! Large, comfortable, extremely clean room. Fantastic service. Superb breakfast, although dinner dishes not as good. Quiet location, short walk to main attractions such as Blue Mosque. A fantastic holiday!

The staff went out of their way to take care of us! I really felt like family by the end of our stay. When we would come back from exploring Istanbul, we were always greeted with big smiles! The pool was not open during our stay, however they filled it as we were there. I definitely enjoyed our time with the ladies and gentleman of Seven Hills Palace!

The property is very clean, comfortable, very friendly professional staff, great food. Great access to all the historical places, also shopping. We loved it. Oh and don't forget to visit the spa. The staff are so nice, and the Turkish bath is a must, best experience I've ever had. Just highly recommend this hotel and Spa.

The hotel was very nice, decent breakfast and the room was really lovely and clean. A great bathroom. I was very happy with the hotel and would stay again. The only complaint I have was the 'introduction'. When we were checked in, we were invited to sit and hear "about the hotel." This ended up being long descriptions of tours, dinners, etc, we could take. I would have preferred if the person had asked if I wanted to hear about tours. It took a while and I felt it was a bit of a hard sell. The hotel itself, was great.

This property is very nice. The people are nice and polite. Breafast was great. The only thing was that there were not lift to go to our bedroom and two story. Next time would like to have a building with elevator.
