The hotel is old and looked like it was under construction. The pool was empty, the elevator is tiny and barely fits two people. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. There were ants on the TV table in the room. The whole area around the hotel is under construction. The best restaurants and shops are about a 10-minute Uber ride away. The manager is extremely arrogant. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are much better options, like the Mercure, which is in a prime location right in front of the beach and has far better facilities and staff. The online photos are very misleading and don’t reflect the reality of the hotel at all.

An older property that is apparently due for major renovations. It is located in a prime spot and has a very nice pool. A comfortable bed with a great breakfast included with the room. One of the features offered in other Hotels that is lacking here is a small detail, but very helpful. Simply offering g guests a place to fully their water bottles would be a simple upgrade and reduce plastic waste.

The photos of the property are better than the real thing. If you stay there make sure it's on the first block where the photos have been taken. We were placed at back where the corridors are horrible. Inside room ok, good view and nice facilities.The breakfast was really good. Porters very friendly, reception staff cold and unmotivated. Extra fees for parking.

Fui viajar com minha filha, o hotel é super bbem localizado (tudo perto) Meu quarto não foi vista mar, mas era extremamente confortável, a vista da varanda não era agradável mas não fez diferença nenhuma pra nós Funcionários sensacionais!!! A praia esta em reforma de saneamento, mas tbm não nos atrapalhou Cafezinho da manhã excelente! (Só faltou opções de frios durante a semana, de fds tem mais opções). Como eu faço dieta senti falta do queijo branco e peito de peru

Todos do Hotel Marambaia Balneário Camboriu são maravilhosos, cabendo destaque para Gerente que realiza uma administração primorosa digna de toda admiração e respeito, também merece destaque o funcionário Edy que tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente espelha a excelência da qualidade no atendimento extraordinário demonstrando um ser humano incrível merecedor de toda consideração, muito respeito e especial destaque, a parte de reserva do hotel com Amanda também é admirável refletindo um atendimento humanizado e de destaque. O café da manhã com vista para praia é fabuloso. O hotel é um lugar muito marcante de tão lindo. Diante do exposto, cabe ainda mencionar que estar no Hotel Marambaia de Balneário Camboriú é muito mais que uma hospedagem, é uma experiência incrivel que faz desejar retornar em breve para este ambiente belíssimo, impecável, acolhedor e especialmente seguro. Bom de modo geral.

Quarto limpo, funcionários prestativos. Piscina aquecida excelente e área kids também. Ponto negativo: Havia um evento com música alta e como os quartos não possuem um isolamento acústico na porta de acesso, acaba sendo bem desagradável para quem viaja com criança.
