Beautiful and new apartment with 3 bedrooms, one suite and two demi-suites, with three bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable. New furniture. Two parking spaces. Sea block at 70m from the beach. Next to markets and trade. The Apartment is on the tenth floor (1001) tower B. It has 50 inch tv with htv5 cable tv. brastemp washer and dryer. Large balcony with table and chairs and beautiful view of the sea.
