"Really lovely hotel, staff were really nice and friendly. Beautiful lobby area filled with lots of fresh flowers. Stayed here for the Ozzy/ Black Sabbath gig so had a great mix of people. From other Ozzy fans and lots of people dressed to the nines for a cocktail party. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfy. Would definately stay here again."

"Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "
