Good B&B base

Pros: Clean basic rooms with good breakfast

Cons: Could do with an area for guest to sit relax, dining room closed after breakfast so only have bedroom to go to. Also garden furniture only in carpark

Location: B&B is in quiet location 20 minutes relaxing walk to Keswick town centre. Easy walking to catbels, Derwent water and the marina water sports no need t

Nice friendly B&B in good location close to plenty of walks without taking the car .
