Must stay hotel in a castle!!

This hotel is amazing! The property was beautiful! The food delicious! The breakfast is not to be missed! I wish I had time to play their beautiful golf course!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! Had THEE best stay. What a fabulous location with spectacular views of a castle, excellent customer service, welcoming accommodations and great food. Kilkea castle grounds are absolutely beautiful and so very serene. It was a perfect last night to relax and decompress for the journey home. The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable.

Amazing grounds to explore on a nice day

The grounds are lovely and kept very well. The staff were all very kind. The main downside was the position of our room, 227. It is right on one of the roads that cars frequently pass so it can be very loud in there. There are 3 sets of windows in the master bedroom and the blinds don't do a job of keeping light out, the one facing the golf course can even not block line of sight to the room fully. So as soon as the sun is up the room is flooded with light making it hard to sleep into the morning at this time of year.

What an amazing place to stay! The castle and grounds are incredible. Breakfast was top notch. The attached golf course is reasonably priced and easy to book. The best welcome to Ireland we could have asked for!

How fun to stay in a castle! This one is accessible but still luxurious. We didn't have time to take advantage of the gorgeous golf course or spa services, but the fine dining restaurant for dinner, breakfast and grounds were everything we were hoping for and more. Would highly recommend and hope to go back!
