This property is not good at all. The staff are not helpful and the service whether breakfast or dinner there is always something missing which is gets very frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The good: easy parking and lots of places.. Easy and quick check in.. Room a good size as was the bathroom (more on the bathroom later), comfortable bed and good size TV. All staff very friendly and helpful - they are the best point.. The Bad: A strange smell is persistent throughout the hotel... Not sure what it is but it's not pleasant. Outside there are further strange smells from an industrial site such as a fish meal processing site perhaps? Not very pleasant. Tge bathroom was showing real neglect.. Dirty, old mastic around the bath.. Mould. Hair stuck to the tiles. Strange taps (not mixers - why not?). Carpet in bedroom dirty (bring slippers). Lots of corridor noise caused by the over done fire doors and bedroom doors slamming closed .. This vibrates along the corridor and into the rooms.. The noise from the usual clowns shouting in the corridor and not respecting others is really audible from within the rooms.. Bring ear plugs. Breakfast is by reservation - they have lots of tables about 4m apart that aren't used (they're taking social distancing too far). The breakfast was poor - no fruit juice.. Eggs were old. The bacon was OK.. The muffin and the croissant were industrial made and served plastic sealed (don't blame the virus as these can be baked on site if they wanted to. The evening meal was a similar tragedy.. Best avoided - I heard several people complaining. So a mixed bag.. Poor catering, poor cleaning, dated bathrooms and noisy corridors.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. It is located conveniently for travel into the town and on to the major routes of the district. It is on the edge of a business park but that does not interfere or detract from the hotel itself.

Excellent Value for Money

Pros: Value for money
Cons: Speedier checking out. I waited a long time while the single receptionist took two phone calls.
The Dragonfly offers excellent value for money. Well located close to junction at A10 if visiting Kings Lynn. good parking. Comfortable rooms, wifi and large screen tv. The restaurant menu is more pub style but food is of good quality and great value

comfortable and peaceful

Location: Good location, we were visiting family in Welton. We know the area and like to go into Lincoln City, also nature parks and garden centres
The hotel is in a good convenient location, comfortable and quiet. We thought the general areas needed an update
