It clearly says when booking Camping Mega Pods that bed linen is optional. We have had over 100 bookings from this channel and you’re the first to have an issue with this. It’s Glamping and the Pods are extremely well equipped compared to most. The majority of guests bring their own bedlinen for the Pods and camping essentials. The images clearly show the interior of three and two bedroom Lodges and Pods. We don’t advertise a sink in the Pods, nor do the pictures show one, same with regards to cutlery and crockery. We are able to help if people forget to bring their own. A Pod is a Glamping experience. Fully equipped/serviced rooms are available but obviously a different price range.
