Not the usual Hilton Hotel

The Mattress was not comfortable the hotel needs a upgrade and there was no executive level room with snacks and breakfast So was not worth what I paid for the room The Valet was exceptional they did a wonderful Job

The property was very high end and great location and food. The continental breakfast is amazing!!!!! . My only complaint is that the bar closes at 11:00pm and bar staff is extremely rude.

Booked a 2 queen bed room through Expedia and receipt shows 2 queen beds. When arrived to room found 1 king bed and sofa. Called desk to tell them they gave me the wrong room and was told they basically only get the customer’s name from Expedia and they had no more rooms. Asked for sheets to make a bed on the sofa and they never brought them until the next day when I spoke to the dayshift front desk manager, who was great. The nightshift staff was not helpful at all. Not sure how the communication between Expedia and Hilton is set up, but definitely needs attention before they lose customers by not providing the room(s) the customer is led to believe they are paying for.

The property was easily accessible to the downtown area and the check in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and the overall space was clean and pleasing. The room was a little dated in its amenities and the bathroom was extremely small with no ventilation fan.

Pros: The property was conveniently located within a short walk to the Knoxville Convention Center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Cons: I understand that it's located downtown, but there was a dumpster being swapped out at 3:30am and then again at 5 am which was annoying. The room itself was not great. The shower heads are low, don't have much pressure and don't regulate hot water well. I could hear my neighbor making noise and snoring, so there are sound issues. I arrived early and asked about early check-in. A room was ready, but they wanted $75 to check in between 10 and Noon. If the room was ready, what is the justification of the extra cost? I declined.
