We were very happy with the location of the hotel. The room was clean and suited our needs for our stay. We did book because we wanted the hot tub but the hot tub was not in a good condition to use. They told us it was ok but it was a yucky green and yellow color and you couldn’t see the bottom. Not to mention the water was quite low in it. I definitely wouldn’t have sat in it. Looked unclean. The pool was warm and in good condition. Fun for kids since it’s half inside and half outside for cooler weather options. They have a great breakfast option.

My mom and I stayed here to watch my son swim at the University of Tennessee. It’s about 15 minutes from campus away from the hustle and bustle very quiet area. Great coffee shop across the street the restaurants inside the Holiday Inn or excellent. The bar is excellent. they have a great dance night, I think it was Friday. Staff was super friendly hotel very clean spacious.

The check in area looked to be in excellent condition but as soon as you went around to the elevator it was TERRIBLE! The hallways are in need of refurbishing. The rooms were old and dirty! It was not worth spending $175
