The room was nice but we had construction going on right outside the window that was extremely noisy. We never got the room cleaned although we asked for it. The staff was very nice though.

Quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Oliver restaurant was an amazing find, too. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of free and available parking around the hotel. The best option for self park was around the corner on the opposite side of the block.
