The level of service from the staff was excellent. I’ve travelled a bit , stayed in many different hotels over the world and I must say none of them come near to the service we received from all of the staff at The Oberoi Grand. Really loved the meet and greet at the Airport , travelled from Delhi alone as a female so was very apprehensive about whether the transfer I arranged with the Hotel would be on time . Love the meet and greet as I entered into the Hotel Court yard . All of the staff was extremely attentive, they knew our names and we only stayed there for 4 nights . Would highly recommended this Hotel . Only thing I dislike was the smell of dampness in the room , also thought the transfer from and to the airport was extremely high! The building needs a little TLC but they are working on that . Would stay here again .

Excellent, mais ...

Vous avez pris une chambre de luxe. Vous arrivez dans cet hôtel somptueux, 20 sur 20 à l'accueil, puis vous allez dans votre chambre : vue tristounette, obligé d'allumer dans l'après-midi, salle de bains minuscule avec douche dans la baignoire et son rideau comme dans un hôtel moyen. Vous auriez dû prendre la catégorie au-dessus pour pouvoir dire : Fabuleux !Cela concerne la plupart des grands hôtels dans le monde. En revanche à Calcutta si vous allez au TAJ Bengal, hôtel équivalent à l'Oberoï vous n'aurez opas ce genre de déception avec une "de luxe" : chambre avec vue sur la piscine, salle de bains avec douche séparée. Donc toujours essayer de savoir ce qu'on vous propose avec une "de luxe"
