The only point for improvement is the quality of the room cleaning- throughout our stay, the room was tidied, and the towels were replaced, but the shower, for example, was not cleaned.

Had 4 wonderful days. The staff is friendly - the rooms are clean and fresh. The style is very Scandinavian, so you feel like you are in Europe. The food is very good, especially at the restaurant on ground floor - try the red curry with duck! The pools are nice, but if you want sunlight, you are better of walking to the beach. The gym is very good and spacious, even has a separate yoga room which is great if you are into that. Its pretty close to a river, so you will have to get used to the smell - its just part of an issue in Ao Nang in general.
