Hotels.com listed the room as having a washing machine. There was no washing machine in our room. We chose it specifically so we could wash our clothes half way through our journey. Very, very disappointing.

Loved the choice of two swimming pools that were long enough to swim lengths . Property was walkable to the eating street - Jalan Alor . There were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well . Room was clean and spacious . Laundromat on site. Close walk to Pavillion mall .

We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return.

Location was excellent. Check-in staff was helpful and courteous. Suite was spacious and had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable though it was occasionally a little noisy at night during the weekend from the traffic. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect Location

The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc. We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. The apartment looked exactly as pictures. Yes some of the furnishings are older, and there's a chip or bump here or there, but its very comfortable. Our only issue was our front door was sticking and we needed to put our shoulder into it to open from the outside. We didn't choose a breakfast option when booking, but it was full everyday, so i cant comment further. The swimming pools were both great, but, it did surprise me a liitle how cool the water was, especially to get in, but, once in it was nice. It is the wet season and hasn't been as sunny, so i guess thats the reason. Front counter staff are all incredible, everyday helping us out, in some way. 100% tick to them Loved KL and loved the Parkroyal Serviced Suites and will definitely be coming back. The staff were great

Perfect location

Loved the location, we booked a Premier Suite, so we would have a good view, and we did. Our room front door was sticking, actually had to put shoulder into it to open. The toilet had a very slow fill, at 1st I thought it was faulty. These are my only 2 criticisms. Yes the furnishings are older, but still good, room service were super efficient and i cant speak highly enough of the front desk staff, they helped with every enquiry or assisted when needed. We would stay here again for sure.

We had to change room due to fee issues with the room was disappointing that we booked a premier suite and it definitely wasnt to our expectation. Just to list a few things, shower wasnt working properly, dirty couch with stains and conditions of couch very run down(could feel the springs in it), stained carpet, broken shower door.....

We stayed at the Park Royal hotel last year and it was much closer to all amenities The serviced suites is not had but not as good as the hotel, bit walking distance to Bukit Bintang It's not top notch stay but its ok overall, friendly staff, accommodating and safe. The property itself is a bit old from inside however it looks great from outside The highlight was sky roof pool, was great, clean and the hot spa was magnificent Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Thanks to the receptionist who attended us swiftly and didn't even ask for deposit. The 3 bedroom suite was just nice for all of us and the workable kitchenette is a plus. My family had dinner in front at this nice arabic restaurant..they said recommended. I love it has a 7E inside the building... sukalah :)
