Comfortable stay, great service

Stayed four nights here, and we're impressed with the service. Premium room had only one chair for the two of us, but front desk found and sent us one more. Car park was a tad confusing as hotel was located at a mega mall.

Friendly staffs. Clean room. However. Maintenance need to be done on the showering tap. The temperature cam increase so much and so fast which may result in scald.

Connected to mid valley mall and garden mall. Ease check in and staffs was friendly. Room is decent size and large TV. But no cable channels. Only msia local channels. Also bathing area does not have a door and water will splash out. Do not understand why they want save on a door. Slippery floor is danger for elderly. Improve on this 2 factors and this will be like a 5 star hotel.
