Had a great stay! The room was clean and nice with plenty of room. Friendly staff and so many beautiful places to see nearby. Had a fun time playing video poker in the casinos. I’d stay here again and look forward to my next stay!

The hotel was nice and clean and the room was pretty good even when booking the lowest price room. It was nice and convenient to have a microwave and a fridge. The microwave was good quality. The view of the lake was beautiful.

The rooms we got did not match the photos on the reservation page. It was a little bait-and switch. I now understand that some rooms have been updated. We were put in an older section of the lodge, expecting a newer room. The staff was very pleasant.

Hoover Dam Lodge is what it is. Nothing fancy but if you're willing to commute a little into Vegas it's acceptable. Our room was acceptable. Linens and amenities left quite a bit to be desired, especially since we paid extra for a lake view room. All in all you will sleep and get a shower so as long as you don't overpay it's fine.

I ran in the Hoover Dam Marathon and the Hoover Dam Lodge was very close. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel casino was. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff and the place was very clean. Cool nature theme throughout the lodge. My only issue was that the heater in the room was quite loud when it turned on. But everything else was great. Highly recommend the Hoover Dam Lodge

No maid service to speak of. No chest of drawers in the room to store your clothes. Paint peeling off the walls. 2 elevators with only one working. No decent restaurant in house or within 10 minutes Big Mistake.

The room was fine. Most staff were friendly unless you tried to order food. Food was the worse part along with them being short staffed. Either nobody was available to order food or if you tried to order, some staff were reluctant.

The room was fine, the staff was mostly friendly. It was next to impossible to find help at one of the restaurants after checking in. A sign was up that they would be back, but after waiting more than 30 min we gave up. One man finally showed up and was short with me and rude. Gave false information and left.
